Online Claiming now available
Step 1 – Click the Online Claiming tab in the navigation menu bar.
Step 2 – Enter the policy holder details and patient details. Your policy number can be found on your policy documents you received n joining or by contacting customer service on 094 937 8608.
Step 3 – If this is your first time submitting a claim, please upload a copy of
your bank details.
Step 4 – Enter your Dentist Name, Dental Practice Name and Address here.
Step 5 – Attached your dental receipts here. Please note all receipts must be itemised.
See examples below as to what an itemised receipt is.
Step 6 – If your receipt is itemised you do not need to fill in this section.
If your receipt is not itemised then you need to fill in the details in the drop down boxes provided, including tooth number, date of service & fee.
Please note your claim cannot be processed if it does not have one of the following:
• An itemised receipt
• Section E treatment details filled in, including tooth number and surfaces where applicable.
Step 7 – Tick the declaration box, Tick I’m not a robot, Select submit online claim
